About
Mallory Kimberlin is a Paralegal in the Colorado Springs office of Leventhal Swan Taylor Temming PC. She joined the firm in 2026 and supports probate, estate, and fiduciary matters, including guardianships, conservatorships, trust administration, and estate planning.
Originally from Colorado Springs, Mallory earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and philosophy from Colorado State University. She began her legal career in 2022 and gained experience in probate and trust and estate matters, including estate planning, administration, litigation, guardianships, conservatorships, and estate tax issues, before joining the firm.
Mallory assists with drafting legal documents, managing correspondence, organizing case materials, and helping attorneys maintain the day-to-day workflow of cases. She values clear communication and works closely with clients to help keep them informed throughout the legal process.
She is particularly drawn to trust and estate work because of the meaningful impact it has on individuals and families during important moments in their lives.
Outside of work, Mallory enjoys swimming, reading, and traveling.
