Michael Taylor serves as a Paralegal in the Colorado Springs office of LSTT, focusing primarily on estate planning matters and client support throughout the planning process. Before joining the firm in 2026, he served as a paralegal with the United States Air Force, where he gained experience across military justice, civil law, general law, and legal assistance matters.
Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Michael began his legal career in 2018 and completed formal paralegal training through the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General’s School. His background includes supporting complex litigation, high-volume caseloads, and globally coordinated legal matters, including assistance with the Air Force’s first trial conducted within a maximum-security confinement facility.
Michael is known for his strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and compassionate approach to client service. He assists with document drafting, case management, scheduling, and client communication, working to ensure clients feel informed, supported, and at ease throughout the estate planning process.
He especially values the opportunity to help clients navigate important life decisions and finds it rewarding to provide clarity, peace of mind, and meaningful support during significant moments in their lives.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys running, baking, music, travel, paddleboarding, and spending time with family.
