Elsa Osmond is a Legal Assistant in LSTT’s Denver office, where she supports attorneys and clients in employment and litigation matters. Her work includes assisting with case preparation, coordinating filings and deadlines, organizing case materials, preparing documents, and facilitating communication with clients and outside parties.

Elsa earned her degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota in 2024 and began her legal career as a legal assistant at Fox Rothschild before bringing her experience to LSTT. She is known for her reliability, organization, and calm, professional approach, and she is committed to helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the legal process.

Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Elsa relocated to Colorado for the mountains and sunshine. Outside of work, she enjoys running, hiking, camping, and exploring Colorado’s outdoors.
